Manufacturers Warranty

jhenlee™ ensures quality checks are made on all pieces of jewellery prior to despatch. We stand by the quality of our jewellery and offer a 3 month warranty on defects and workmanship effective from the date of delivery.

In the event of a faulty item, jhenlee™ will either repair or replace the item free of charge within the 90 day time frame.

Our manufactures warranty policy is subject to the following conditions and does not cover:

  1. Items worn after 90 days
  2. Fair and normal wear and tear, scratching, marking of sterling silver caused by normal activity and coming into contact with other objects.
  3. Failure to ‘care’ for your product as outlined in our care instructions and responsible care terms.
  4. Broken or snapped chains caused from accident, damage or breakage caused by personal use.
  5. Alteration or unauthorized repair to the product.

Should you wish to return your product under our manufacturers warranty policy:

  1. Email us at within 90 days of receiving your product. Provide your name, order confirmation/proof of purchase details, and provide the reasons you believe your product to have a warranty issue. Instructions for returning your product, including shipping address and registered post details, are detailed below,
  1. Upon email confirmation, your item must be returned to jhenlee™ in a padded registered post bag. Please ensure your product is packed carefully as jhenlee™ will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit due to not following the steps set out in this policy. Include a copy of the email correspondence. Please note that returning an item to us is your responsibility until it reaches us and we have signed for it. Your responsibility includes: registered post, postage cost, insurance and ensuring the product is returned in its packaging.

  1. Once we receive your item an inspection will be carried out to determine whether it complies with the conditions of our warranty policy. If it meets the conditions set out in our warranty policy, we will arrange repair or replacement and shipping back to you at no cost. Should the product be discontinued and we cannot replace it, we will supply you with a credit note to the same value.
  2. If your product does not comply with the conditions set out in our Warranty Policy through our inspection, the product will be returned to you.
