Shipping and Payments

Within Australia

All orders are processed and dispatched within two business days of payment being cleared. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery in Australia.

All orders in Australia incur a $9.95 shipping fee. Your order will be posted by Australian express post/Parcel post, and a tracking number will be provided to you so your parcel can be located.

Other shipping expenses to take into consideration are:
  • The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility for refund, exchange and /or warranty reasons.
  • Exchanging an item for a different size will not incur a shipping fee for the first exchange, but subsequent exchanges will be invoiced at $9.95.
  • Exchanging an item for a different product will incur the standard $9.95 shipping fee in Australia. Any replacement or repaired product under our manufacturers warranty will be shipped back to you at no cost( please refer to our return/exchange policy and our manufacturers policy for further details)

Please note:

Your parcel requires a signature on delivery. Jhenlee™ will not be responsible for parcels accepted and signed by a ‘third party’, or an ‘authority to leave’. Please ensure you are available to receive your delivery.

If due to unforseen circumstances you do not receive your parcel your options are

  1. Contact Australia Post and if its location can be determined wait for its arrival.
  2. If the parcel is deemed lost by Australia Post, please contact jhenlee™ so we can organise your order to be resent.

International orders

We currently do not ship internationally. If you are not located within Australia and would like to purchase one of our products, send us a request via email to: info@jhenlee.com

 

Payment

jhenlee™ accepts payments using Paypal via our secure online facility. Please note that if your payment declines at the point of purchase jhenlee™ will not receive any notification of the order being placed. Please be assured that we do not store your payment details.

All prices on our website are in AUD. All sales will be invoiced in AUD.

 

Stock Availability

Please be aware that we are receiving online orders 24 hours a day. Whilst we will make every possible attempt to ensure our stock availability is up to date, there may be times when stock is sold out.

If you order an item that has sold out, jhenlee will contact you as soon as possible during business hours (AEST) to:

  1. advise you the approximate delay in supplying you with your order,
  2. suggest an alternative item if appropriate,
  3. arrange a refund within 48 hours
